Responsibilities
- You will work in the administration and get to know different departments such as Sales, Purchasing, Personnel, Customer Service, Marketing, Accounting, and Production
- You carry out commercial and organisational activities: e.g. processing orders, monitoring stock levels, creating documents
- You become an expert in written and oral communication, write letters, e-mails, notes, and meeting minutes
- You know the operational processes and structures inside out and always have an overview of the situation
- You organise conferences and seminars and take care of the preparation and follow-up of meetings and discussions
Skills
- Secondary school leaving certificate (Mittlere Reife)
- You are communicative
- You like working in a team
- You have ideas and take initiative
Training course
You will go through a 3-year training at allcop Farbbild-Service.
You will attend the vocational school in Immenstadt 1.5 days per week in the 1st year of training and on 1 day per week in the 2nd and 3rd year of training.
