allcop celebrated the team’s achievements at its annual company event at the Eventalm Weiler. A total of 25 long-serving employees were also honoured. Together, the allcop anniversaries represent an impressive 620 years of service – a strong testament to reliability and long-term commitment within the company.
The annual celebration is a firmly established part of allcop’s corporate culture and traditionally takes place after the Christmas peak season. In the warm, rustic atmosphere of the Eventalm, the twelve anniversary employees present were recognised for their personal journey and individual contributions to the business – accompanied by enthusiastic applause, heartfelt appreciation and genuine moments of togetherness.
Monika Sommerfeld, CEO of allcop, emphasised: “allcop is like a tree in the wind: we feel change and move with it – yet we remain firmly rooted because our roots are strong. That foundation is our team. The fact that 2025 was a strong year for us is down to this very spirit of unity, experience and the courage to embrace new ideas. Thank you.”
The evening offered a charming blend of cosy ambience and festive elegance: musical entertainment with a DJ, a varied buffet and plenty of personal conversations shaped the celebration. And, as is tradition at an allcop annual event, the allcop photo booth – complete with fun props – was a must. It brought lots of laughter and provided souvenir photos to take home.
The annual celebration was therefore not only an expression of appreciation for long-standing loyalty, but also a clear commitment: allcop continues to stand for continuity, cohesion and respect – as the foundation for a shared future.
