The allcop Farbbild Service GmbH & Co. KG, one of Europe's leading providers in the field of photofinishing, print on demand and product personalization acquires the online portal affengeilebilder24.de with effect from 01.01.2022.
"With affengeilebilder24.de, the founder of affengeilebilder Daniel Ferl has shown with which speed one can occupy a segment for motive art and how print on demand can be used profitably," says Andreas Schätzle, CCO at allcop and managing director of Affengeile Bilder GmbH, where the portal will continue to operate.
With numerous and expressive motives of international artists and the connection to the allcop laboratory for products such as canvas and posters, the cooperation could already be proofed since August 2020. "With allcop, we have found the perfect operational production, and fulfillment partner for canvas and poster printing, and with the acquisition, we can now bundle and further expand our cooperation together," enthuses Daniel Ferl, founder of the online portal. It has been agreed that the purchase price will not be disclosed.
