During the spring meeting of the Initiative Online Print (IOP), allcop, represented by Andreas Schätzle (Chief Commercial Officer), introduced itself to the assembled body of members. The meeting took place at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG in Wiesloch, where current and potential new members exchanged views on the current situation in the online print market.
In the meantime, the Initiative Online Print e.V., a globally unique association of the leading companies in the online print sector in Europe, has grown into an independent communication and networking platform. Together, the members actively promote fair competition in the field of online printing services and the perception of the online print industry as an independent sector in the global printing industry.
allcop, one of the largest photofinishers and market participants as a print-on-demand and mass customisation provider, was unanimously accepted as a new member of the initiative within this framework.
"I am very pleased that we can join this important industry association and contribute our expertise to the exchange and network," says Andreas Schätzle.
"With allcop Farbbildservice GmbH und Co. KG, we can welcome another important player in the Online Print Initiative as a new member," says Bernd Zipper, founder and board member of the IOP.
