Claudia Erne from Great Place to Work® (GPTW) presented the results of allcop's June–July 2024 employee survey to the entire team, highlighting the company’s attractiveness as an employer.
With a Trust Index© score of 73%, allcop outperformed the national average of 1,457 companies by 10%. Notably, the area of team spirit received the highest rating, scoring an impressive 84%.
Fairness and mutual respect are the cornerstones of allcop's corporate culture. This is evident as 96% of employees agree that fairness is practiced regardless of sexual orientation, while fairness across origins and genders also received strong ratings. Additionally, 86% of employees feel welcomed as new hires, and 95% appreciate that special company events are celebrated.
allcop’s employer brand is described by its employees as family-oriented, open, fair, and forward-thinking. As in previous years, team spirit remains a cultural driver. Survey participants consistently highlighted a strong sense of fairness in interpersonal relationships, contributing to a robust sense of unity within the company.
